UPS Ground service delivers packages Monday through Friday to residential and business addresses from 8 A.M. to end of Business Day.

Expedited options are offered through Fedex, packages are delivered Monday through Friday to residential and business addresses from 8 A.M. to end of Business Day.

Returns & Replacements
Non-embroidered merchandise can be returned or exchanged.

Embroidered/Decorated merchandise cannot be returned.

Exchanges for different styles, colors or sizes will not be accepted on embroidered merchandise.

Returns are subject to inspection.

To help expedite return processing please contact Customer Service at 1-855-924-2228 to request a Return Authorization number for defective units or non-embroidered merchandise. Please provide a valid invoice number.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item (s), and the credit should appear on your next credit card statement.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon completion of return processing.

A valid e-mail address must be provided to Customer Service when requesting a return authorization.

We will process authorized returns within three business days of receipt.
