Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange on non-custom, non-decorated items. Final sale and decorated items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the $10 return processing fee and return label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

International Returns

Zero Restriction can now accept any returns or exchanges on international orders, including orders to Canada.
