This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Zero Restriction, a subsidiary of Summit Golf Brands collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.zerorestriction.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Zero Restriction.

Privacy Policy  

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply persona identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Information We Share

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your California Privacy Rights

This section applies solely to the personal information collected online and offline of California consumers (excluding our employees, applicants, staff and contractors). This section is intended to address the relevant notice requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), and uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the CCPA.  

• Your information, sources and purposes: Please refer to the sections above headed “Privacy Policy” and “Cookies” for a description of the personal information we may collect about you (or have collected in the preceding 12 months) and the sources of such information (such as directly from you and your device or through certain third parties). These sections also describe the purposes for which we may use or have used such information.
• Information we share: We may have shared your personal information with certain categories of third parties, as described in the section headed “Information We Share” above. 
• Selling your information: We have not sold personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. As described in the sections headed “Cookies” and “Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others”, we may allow certain third parties (such as certain advertising partners) to collect your personal information via automated technologies on our Platforms in an effort to serve you content and advertisements that may be of interest to you. You have the right to opt out of this disclosure of your information, as described in the section headed “Cookies” or by emailing privacy@zerorestriction.com.

Your rights: Subject to exceptions under applicable law, you may have certain choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information, as described below:

• Access: You have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected about you during the past 12 months and details regarding our collection, use, disclosure and sale, if any, of such information.  
• Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you. 
• Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt out of certain cookie use, as described in the section headed “Cookies”.

If you exercise your rights, we may require you to provide certain information to verify your identity (such as your name, email address, phone number and/or address) or the authority of any third person acting on your behalf.

• No discrimination: If you choose to exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, you have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment by us. For further information please contact privacy@zerorestriction.com
• Personal, family and household clients: In addition, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, if you are a California resident and your business relationship with us is primarily for personal, family or household purposes, you may request certain data regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail message to our e-mail address below with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line. You may make such a request up to once per calendar year. If applicable, we will provide you, by e-mail, a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the third parties’ names and addresses. Please note that not all personal information sharing is covered by Section 1798.83’s requirements.

Zero Restriction Giveaway / Sweepstakes Official Rules

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern entry into any giveaway, sweepstakes, or promotional contest (each, a "Giveaway") conducted by Zero Restriction, a brand of Summit Golf Brands ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our") via entry forms hosted on zerorestriction.com (the "Site"). By entering a Giveaway, each entrant ("Entrant" or "you") agrees to be bound by these Rules and by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

Each Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, unless a specific Giveaway announcement states otherwise. Employees, officers, and directors of Summit Golf Brands, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate on any dispute at any time.

3. Entry Period

The entry period for each Giveaway ("Entry Period") will be specified on the applicable entry page or promotional announcement. Entries submitted before or after the stated Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry form on the Site during the Entry Period, providing the information requested (typically name and email address, and where applicable, additional information such as mailing address or phone number). Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway unless otherwise stated in the specific Giveaway's promotional materials. Automated, robotic, programmed, or otherwise illegitimate entry methods will void all entries submitted by that Entrant.

By submitting an entry, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, unless the specific Giveaway states an alternate selection method (e.g., judged criteria). The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the Entry Period closes, at the discretion of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner(s) will be notified using the contact information (typically email) provided at entry, generally within [7] business days of selection. Potential winners may be required to respond within [14] days of notification and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legally required) a publicity release. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Prize(s)

Prize details (including approximate retail value, quantity, and any restrictions) will be described in the specific Giveaway's promotional materials. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, express or implied. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor may require winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 for prizes valued at $600 or more.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to disrupt the Giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Data & Privacy

Personal information collected through a Giveaway entry form will be used and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information for purposes of administering the Giveaway, notifying winners, and — where you have separately opted in — for marketing communications.

12. Governing Law

Each Giveaway and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Summit Golf Brands, 437 5th avenue, New York, New York.
